Non-refundable:

Customizable goods, engraved goods, printable files, digital downloads, rush fees, shipping upgrades, sale items, and special-order clothing sizes are all NON-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel or refund any digital downloads. All other orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. For insurance claims, we do need a photograph of the damaged item(s) and any packaging that was damaged en route! We can only process returns and exchanges on original unworn, unwashed merchandise - so please check your order before laundering! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or laundered.
